Who you are
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Have proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a focus on Python programming and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) for backend development.
• Have knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Have understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Have Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and optimize complex backend systems.
• Are excellent in communication and teamwork and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning and keeping up with the latest technologies and trends
What you will do
• Design, develop, and maintain the backend infrastructure of our software applications using Python and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with the frontend development team to design and implement APIs and integrate backend functionality.
• Manage and optimize cloud platforms, including AWS and GCP, for scalability, availability, and cost-efficiency.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to backend development and DevOps practices.
Bonus Points
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and/or GCP.
